“Rock bottom” often refers to the point when a person has reached an all-time low and realizes they need to pursue addiction treatment. The point at which this occurs varies from person to person and is dependent on each person’s individual perspective on life or circumstances. Some people realize the damage their addiction is causing and seek treatment on their own. Others need the influence of family and friends to help change their mindset about recovery.
Summit Estate Recovery Center works with individuals and their families when it has been determined that it is time to seek help.
When a friend or family member is struggling with substance abuse but are not willing to seek help, an intervention may be necessary. An intervention is an opportunity for friends and family to tell the addicted person how their struggle is affecting the lives of the people around them. This is done in a non-combative manner to try and change the perspective of the addicted loved one. Our interventionists can work with you to prepare or facilitate an intervention for your loved one.
Summit Estate offers luxury addiction treatment in our six bed, 23 acre facility, located in northern California. We focus on treating the individual needs of each of our clients during their recovery. No two people have the same situation. Therefore, there should not be a one-size-fits-all approach to treatment. We work to understand each of our clients and the root cause of their addiction.
During treatment, our clients can expect:
- A personalized detoxification protocol in a medically controlled atmosphere to allow for a comfortable detox process
- Luxury hotel-quality bedrooms and bathrooms
- Spa facilities including sauna and jacuzzi
- Exercise facility with personal training
- Yoga studio with instruction
- Individual and family therapy
- Individual counseling
- Weekly outings
- Art therapy
- Onsite and offsite meetings
Once the physical dependency is addressed, recovery is about the mental and emotional decisions to remain sober. During addiction treatment, clients are provided with the tools necessary to cope with stress outside of treatment and maintain their sobriety. We offer an aftercare plan to continue with and provide support for our clients once they leave our facility.
