With a professional background in healthcare, dual-diagnosis treatment, and care management, she brings a holistic and integrative approach to therapy. Cassidy empowers clients by fostering autonomy, self-confidence, and the tools needed to sustain lifelong sobriety. Her experience spans diverse populations, and she is deeply attuned to the systemic and generational challenges faced by marginalized communities. Through trauma-informed care, she helps clients navigate and heal from these complex adversities.
“I believe recovery begins when clients recognize their inherent worth and feel empowered to reclaim their lives. In therapy, I prioritize collaborative decision-making, ensuring clients’ beliefs, values, and motivations guide our work together. Using evidence-based techniques, I support clients in rediscovering their identity beyond addiction—equipping them with skills to live authentically and in alignment with their core values.
Addiction is a deeply stigmatized disease, often perpetuated by shame and isolation. It impacts every facet of a person’s life—straining relationships, self-perception, and future possibilities. In recovery, we honor the grief of what was lost while rebuilding trust, safety, and connection. Healing isn’t just about sobriety; it’s about restoring dignity, repairing relationships, and reclaiming a life anchored in self-respect.”
